Terms and Conditions
Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Connie’s Clinic Ltd provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understand them prior to booking any treatment.
Appointments and Cancellations
Notification of a cancellation which gives less than 48 hours notice will mean the full appointment price has to be paid before another appointment can be made.
Clients are required to pay in full before their appointment.
Connie’s Clinic Ltd reserves the right to deduct the unattended treatment session from a pre-paid course of treatments, meaning that you will forfeit the session and no refunds will be given. Additional session/s required to complete a course of treatment will incur additional costs.
Booking an individual treatment session:
We require the full cost of the appointment when booking the appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you contact us no less than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the full cost of the appointment being taken by the clinic.
This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.
Booking treatment off a pre-paid treatment course:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment being redeemed by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.
Failure to attend an appointment for treatment, without notice, will result in: having to pay for the full appointment if pay as you go or loosing a treatment course session if you’ve paid for a course.
Please arrive for your appointment at 5 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. If you are late you will only have the available time remaining for your session which may mean we cannot complete your treatment.
Please do not turn up anymore than 5 minutes early.
Connie’s Clinic Ltd endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Prior to your treatment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
Courses of Treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full, in advance of the first treatment session.
All courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase.
Pre-paid courses are non refundable.
Liability
Connie’s Clinic Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that he or she provides Connie’s Clinic Ltd with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Connie’s Clinic Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the clients failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Connie’s Clinic Ltd regarding the care before and after of the treated area/s. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Connie Clinic Ltd liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Connie’s Clinics negligence.
